Prior to joining BAZAAR this year, Kellie was the editor of Grazia magazine, the fashion editor of The Sydney Morning Herald, deputy editor of Harper's BAZAAR and executive editor of WHO Weekly and In Style.

Q. What has been your career highlight to date?

Absolutely being appointed the editor of Harper's BAZAAR. I have also met and interviewed some amazing and talented people including Nicole Kidman, Cate Blanchett, Orlando Bloom, Christian Louboutin, Paloma Picasso and Stella McCartney.

I'm currently addicted to Lancôme's Absolue L'Extraitand love Chanel lipsticks and BIO Oil for my skin.

Q. Describe your number one fashion moment?

I still adore Prada's spring 2008 fairy collection. I should have bought one of those incredible silk-printed skirts!

Q. Who do you draw style inspiration from?

Observing real women. Whether they work in the fashion industry, are friends or strangers on the street I love seeing how women express themselves through what they wear.
